In fifty years of television, entertainment shows have become commonplace instruments of political communication. These shows make it possible for an elected official to present his message to the masses. Meanwhile, this practice has an outcome : the “peopolisation” effect. Constrained by the logic of entertainment and the stake of making audience, the elected official adopts a sympathetic behavior and reveals his private life.
